Part-Time Job Secretary – Electrical Subcontractor
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Job Secretary to support daily office operations. This role is primarily computer-based and focused on organizing documents, data entry, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical job files
- Scan, copy, and file documents accurately
- Perform data entry and update tracking spreadsheets
- Manage emails and assist with document organization
- Answer phones and assist with basic office communication
- Support project managers with administrative tasks
- Help keep office records organized and up to date
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (most important requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
- Experience with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Preferred (Not Required):
- Prior administrative or office experience
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic familiarity with construction or project-based work
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule
- Pay based on experience
Compensation
$15-$20 per hour
